A:Stock replacement parts primarily ship from Greenheck’s National Distribution Warehouse in Schofield, Wisconsin. Stock replacement parts are also located in our remote distribution centers across the United States.

A:Stock replacement parts, if ordered before 1:00 pm CST, will ship the same day. Orders entered after 1:00 pm CST will ship the next business day. Non-stock replacement parts will be based on Greenheck’s standard lead time for each item. Q:How do I return a replacement part or begin a warranty claim?

If you receive a shipment with visible damage, please contact your freight carrier immediately. In the event the carrier wishes to inspect the shipment, materials must be made available for them to inspect. For concealed damage, follow the same procedure as noted above.
